During this visit, he requested my Social Security Number. I specifically asked him if this would affect my credit, and he assured me that it would only be a soft pull. When I questioned him again before giving my information, he reiterated that it would not be a hard inquiry. I relied on his assurance, provided my information, and later discovered that a hard credit inquiry was performed instead. I have this conversation recorded on camera and am prepared to provide proof. This constitutes a misrepresentation by Rite Window LLC and has directly harmed me by negatively affecting my credit file. I was explicitly told it would be a soft pull, and I was lied to.

Kohler products are pricy but high quality, skilled labor difficult to find and expensive so the price paid reflects the quality and the timing needed to meet my needs; therefore, reasonable.
