This latest visit will be their last to my home. My furnace wasn’t working and was told it needed to be replaced. No effort to even troubleshoot the issue beyond surface level tests and it still cost me $200. Called another company for a second opinion and it turns out the system just needed a good cleaning. Either it’s a lack of initiative or just a concerted effort to sell full systems. Sadly, I hope it’s the first thing. I wouldn’t trust them.
