- JFJustine Fa6 days ago1.0Estimator came to my home to measure for new bathroom flooring. I was sent an estimate that included line items for materials and time that are not needed. Our bathroom has been stripped to the studs. The old tile has been removed, plywood is not needed, grinding is not needed, molding has already been undercut and we didn't want a metal transitional piece installed from bathroom floor to hallway carpet. The estimator came out a second time. Looked at the floor, didn't take any notes and was able to ask our contractor questions about what what had been done to prepare the floor to accept new flooring. Days later I was sent another incorrect estimate. We've decided to shop another flooring company. As a side note I looked an the estimate I was given for our kitchen, hall, 2 closets and bath/laundry room combination. The number of appliances to be removed and replaced was incorrect, so is the number of furniture items etc. Read your estimates carefully.

If you kneed them for a small job or Muxh bigger projects give them a call . 😎
