- KVKim Hawko VitielloDec 8, 20231.0This company skips cleaning and pickup. We are supposed to have this porta potty cleaned weekly and there are stretches of 4-6 weeks where no one shows up. This has happened to us probably 4-6 times over the course of 12 months - just 4-6 stretches where there is no service. When we call, we get excuses that say the driver can't reach the site and then they ask us to pay. Pay for what? The services that have not been rendered? It is a clear shot from the porta potty to the road and there is human waste up to the seat of the unit. It is a straight up health hazard. I cannot believe the sheer lack of service and the attitude provided by the company employees when we call for assistance.
