  Great experience with GMP! Amazingly enough same day service for a toilet with a bad sewer line connection. Tricky fix and Adam went way above and beyond to get it done and done right. One of the best home service experiences I've ever had. Way to go GMP.

  First off, I was shocked to find out he’s only 21. Anel was fantastic, friendly, smart, and incredibly professional. We had a great conversation, and it’s rare to see someone his age working this hard and carrying himself so well. Do whatever you can to keep him in the company and help him grow even more. He’s a great kid with a bright future.

  Tim and Brayden were here all day tearing out a failed heating furnace and installing a new one, with an electrostatic air cleaner and dehumidifier, under very challenging conditions in a cramped cellar with low headroom and poor access. They did a fantastic job, and the communication was first-class from beginning to end.

  RESOLUTION (11/11/2025): Persistence pays off. I reached back out to Total Climate as the situation below was simply not right. Moreover, I had another company come and address my boiler issue (they immediately diagnosed a faulty pump and fixed it). I ended up speaking to the area manager, Andy. Andy patiently listened to my experience and confirmed that my narrative was consistent with what his team reported. He apologized for his team’s failure to provide satisfactory service and offered to refund my service fee, which I accepted. Because Andy owned up to his team’s failure and committed to use my experience as a training opportunity for his team (along with the refund), I am amending to add a star. Thank you Andy for doing right by me. UPDATE (11/03/2025): Tech finally came out and did NOTHING! Opened up the boiler, looked and said the system looked fine. While there the pump circulating water flashed white on the status indicator. I asked what that meant and HE DIDN’T KNOW! He left without doing anything. I looked up on the web and discovered the pump was signaling a low pressure or air in the system issue. WASTED $ on a service fee for NO SERVICE. These guys are the worst. DO NOT rely on them. I ended up having to call another company that knew what it was doing. ORIGINAL POST (10/30/2025): Horrible customer service. Do not call these guys. I set up an appointment two weeks ago to have my system checked. Two days before they were scheduled to come out they called to postpone. They wanted to push me back by three weeks. This is in November with a heating system that wasn’t working right. So they agreed to come out four days after the original appointment. They gave me a four hour window. By the second hour, I called to see where the technician was. That’s when they told me he wasn’t coming! I was postponed again!! But they never told me in advance. They’re only excuse was they had a lot of calls with people with no heat. Well that’s exactly the situation I’m in. No attempt to trying to come out as promised, no advance communication, no effort to help except to try to “reschedule” AGAIN! These guys are horrible. Do not call them. If I could give them less than a one star rating, I would.

  Where do I begin: Brett, Barbara, Yvonne, Tim, Andy, Brandon, Josh, Justin, Nick..! Thank YOU! :) We lived in Germany. Our parent passed. We had to come home and take care of the house. This team has been nothing but an ALL STAR TEAM in helping us do that! :) At the push of a button (it feels like) they are there! Our toilet had a leak they fixed, that day. There was a leak in the sink, they came out the next! Our water softener, is a life saver! They also, installed our washer and dryer hook up in the basement. And, we got to meet Andy who installed our heating system, awesome person :) His work, makes heating systems look like spaceships! :) Brett, was amazing, he handled all communications.. he made everything beyond professional and effortless. We thank him for this! If you need: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical You will not regret hiring them! Charles and Dawn
