They patiently answered all my questions and showed me everything I needed to know about the new unit. I STRONGLY recommend TCC, and more specifically Tim and Paul if you need a new boiler or furnace.

Now after an ice storm and no heat for 4 days, I have to wait 3 more days with no heat because of the manufacturer is closed for a long weekend and has no emergency support.

That being said there was an issue with his work truck driving an icy but salted/sanded road to get to my house. The company called me ten minutes after my appointment windows d said they needed to rebook. I would have preferred if they called while the technician was still near my home but I was told he already left and we would need to reschedule. This was a very frustrating approach and I would have appreciated clearer communication in working with me on how to resolve the issue. I even offered to drive to the bottom of the hill and pick the driver up. After several phone calls the driver did come back and made it up the hill (as most cars are able to do). Would suggest improving communication around last minute issues or cancellations and upgrading their work vans to AWD as they operate in a state with many hills and mountains and cold weather. Will reiterate that Anel the technician was great.

Today, Robert came out and as usual gave a total breakdown, walked through the work and gave us a duration. The work was done, as promised and nothing was compromised!!
