- DDDanNov 20, 20255.0A great selection of high-quality carpet from top manufacturers, professional, knowledgeable, responsive showroom staff with convenient hours and samples that they will let you take to view in your own home and decor settings to make your purchase are what I found at The FloorWorks. The delivery of my custom area rug included service above and beyond what you will find at big box stores and other retailers. The delivery was professional, timely and offered door adjustments and careful furniture movement to complete the job. A carpet and flooring enterprise not commonly found in today's retail environment. I highly recommend a visit for your flooring needs. -Dan

I knew from the time we went in and the boy who was working there did not take notes and was very arrogant, even though we told him we didn't care how much it cost, we were leaving on a trip on May 23 and needed to have it back before then so we could replace the carpet we had torn out. This was for our motor coach. He was rather flippant and uninterested, even though he was customer service. We were told it would take 2 weeks, it finally came today, over a month later. These were pieces of carpet which we gave them templates for our RV. When we left we the initial visit, we didn't have much confidence. But my husband called and spoke with someone else who said they would get it done. Well they did we got it back today and were excited to pick it up. Unfortunately both pieces of carpet are not cut in the same shape as the pieces we brought in for them to use as templates. Total botch job. Obviously the customer service kid who took care of us on our initial visit was not paying attention because he was not really interested in what we wanted. The two different pieces have gaps on one of them, And the other one is too long on both sides and too short width wise. We made a call and upon our return.We will have a professional outfit come and do the job, somebody who can at least cut something from a template without messing it up.
