  7/22: After leaving google review, we received the warranty info via email and postal mail. The siding was also fixed. Communication and follow up processes within the company needs an overhaul. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I got the run around unless I left a negative google review. 6/4/24: Still waiting on siding warranty information. The office never follows through with sending it. No call back on a piece of siding that has warped on the front of the house. So frustrated with them and don't want to bother calling, AGAIN, because it goes no where. The crews that installed the siding and patio door did a great job. The siding crew completed within three days and did a wonderful job of cleaning up each evening. Both crews were very professional and courteous. We are very happy with our finished projects. If lack of communication and scheduling weren't issues, I would've given a five star review. Gabe, Tim, and Matt were very responsive with any questions I had and you can tell they take pride in their work.

  Everything went perfect. We love our new windows. The crew was very skilled and hard working. Very attentive to details and cleaned up everything like new.

  I contacted J Tech about a full roof replacement after I had been ignored by two competitor companies for almost a year. J Tech called me back immediately, scheduled an appointment, and had someone meet with me within a week of contacting them. They did an excellent job of explaining the process of putting on a new roof and the products they would be using. They also answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Once we signed our contract and paid our down payment, it was about an eight week wait for our new roof. Once they were able to start on my roof, they had the entire project done in a day and cleaned things up so well that the only indication that they had been at our house was the new roof. I plan on using J Tech for any future roofing needs I have and highly recommend them.

  I recently hired J-Tech to repair some defective siding on the side of a home that a client of mine was purchasing. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with J-Tech. The work that was performed was done at a workman like level and at an excellent price. I could tell that they were extremely busy and yet I felt like my business was really important to them.
