From the moment my wife reached out via email, Nate provided outstanding communication. He was incredibly easy to talk to and consistently punctual. Whenever we scheduled a meeting or a call, he was always there! The communication was genuinely superior to any other construction company we have worked with. He even sent us progress photos without having to ask. The project itself turned out wonderfully. Nate had fantastic ideas, adhered to a precise timeline, and we could not be more satisfied! The condo looks stunning, and if we require any further work, we will undoubtedly choose Big Step again. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

The professionals who performed the work gave us confidence answering all our questions. We had some minor drywal patching issues which was addressed immediatly, and to our satisfaction.
