  Very unsatisfied with service. Seemed good after the first visit but after the third visit and not getting anything fixed and spending over $2000 to fix the problem and never got fixed. Had to go to different place to get problem resolved

  My water heater expansion tank developed a pinhole leak. I contacted Legacy and they quickly and efficiently took care of my problem. Gunnar P gave me a couple of options to fix and prices to fix the problem. I asked if he could look at a couple of other smaller projects as long as he was at my house. He gladly worked up bids on those projects too. He quoted me prices and there were not any surprises to my bill. Gunnar is a nice, hard working young man. I will definitely have him back when I need to address my next plumbing project.

  We've had 2 other big name plumbing companies here for the same problem which was water seeping through a back up sump pump. Both failed to do this simple solution. Sean simply said a water valve wasn't closed all the way; took a pliers and closed it. Problem solved. Gave excellent information on new back-up systems and answered questions on the system we had. Very polite, neat and friendly!

  Jeremy, Carson, and Cole did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I had reached out to several people to get our bathroom remodel done and nobody even came close to what Legacy was able to do, and in the timeline we needed done. They followed my vision and worked with me to meet my budget. I’m definitely going to be using their services again in the future. I cannot recommend them enough. Life definitely flows better with Legacy!!!

  I can not say enough great things about Legacy! I called them at 4:50 (10 minutes before closing) in a panic that my furnace was not working. The same furnace that is about 32 years old and thought I could get another winter with. The person that took my call was amazing and reassured me they’d send someone out that night. Within 15 minutes, Connor contacted me to let me know he was on his way! Tommy came after the thorough inspection that Connor did (like seriously he hooked up some machine and showed me WHY my furnace wasn’t working correctly). As a single mom of twins and a home owner I know NOTHING about furnaces so I was very appreciative of his knowledge and willingness to show me things! Tommy reassured me a new heater would be installed within 5 days! Mind you, I’m still on the waiting list for a tech to come out from Laney’s. Kyle arrived on Monday for the installation and did an amazing job! He moved pipes to align with things that were (in my opinion- looked like a DIY project from the previous work) to make them nice and tidy! Give these guys a promotion!! They are running on heck of an amazing business and I’m very impressed at their quality and work ethic! Connor, Tommy and Kyle were so kind and respectful! Great job! Thanks for all your help, guys!
