After entering bank/routing numbers and clicking submit, "Critical error occurred". Not having enough is one thing, but knowing the account is just fine and receive a SPAM call seconds after the error is nerve wrecking. Just let customers write a check the day of service. I was prepared the day of, and then find out I would receive a bill. For what? how do I vet what services are done? The techs were very nice and completed the work but they could literally submit the invoice how ever they remember vs what was done. It should be cut and dry and let the consumer pay at time of service. Just because the bill is delayed does not make the service any better. Couple that with a faulty Online Bill pay system and you have an easy avenue to charge late fees or worse... Please look into this or check back with me to correct this.
