Every time infact whenever we called he answered our questions with patience and gave all necessary info! His smile and professionalism is always above the par. This community is very cool calm and beautiful! The quality of the construction is good we should apppreciate Mr.Joe and and team for such quality product. With all the guidance from Tony and team we are first home owners in USA in Zebulon !!Thanks a lot Tony and Starlight homes!! Last but not the least Ms.Joann ruby from Velocia mortgage - oh my god No words for her to appreciate! U call her any time she answers and she explains the process indetail! I closed on my home in September and I have still been able to reach out to him and receive incredible customer service experience which cannot be said about everyone who works at that community. my project manager Joe was also amazing, he built a great home during my orientation there was minimum issues with the home and he did a great job getting everything taken care of for my family. Antonio and Joe made my purchasing experience a great one at starlight.

The pool stay broke because all neighboring neighbors can use a damage the property customer service stucks. The homes was built with the cheapest material just coming into year 4 floors are cracked foundation is crack roof is leaking (mind you it’s not covered) such a waste of purchase as a Veteran 1st time homeowner I wish I would have chosen something way better! We have more renters than homeowners! Investors came in bought multiple house and rent them out double my mortgage payment! Do not buy with Starlight Homes Ashton Woods and definitely not in Shepard’s Park! I wish I could sale to investors like my previous neighbors that have moved to better! Currently there is 5 house with roof issues and mind no home is over 4-5 years old Very disappointed homeowner
