Maggie and Caleb from Restoration 911 showed up within hours of my call. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgable and efficient. They set up fans and dehydrators everywhere the water went, removed flooring and trim, carefully removed the debris. Maggie cheerfully answered my questions about the process, easing my mind during a very stressful time.

We were new to the area, we didn't even know where to look for help. I called 911 Restoration and they sent Maggie out the next morning. She worked alone and set up dehumidifiers, treated our basement, and fans. The water had mostly subsided from the 6 in it had been the night before. She put things on blocks to get it out of the wet floor and began drying our basement out. She did this all by herself, with no help. She was amazing with her care and empathy to our situation. I would highly recommend 911 restoration to anyone who is facing the same issues. Maggie kept up with us during the process including bringing new equipment after the weekend to dry the basement out more thoroughly. She came when she said she was going to come and did exactly what she said she was going to do. As a result of her work we were able to save the majority of our belongings that were in the basement.

We were absolutely in shock. 911 Restoration of the Triad has been simply fantastic, from start to finish. They got a crew to our an hour after we called, with a crew, ready to go. Maggie, Eric and Cam (we mostly had just Eric and Maggie after the first day) were all phenomenal. Big, big shout-out to them. We could not believe how hard that crew worked, every time they were here, and how incredibly conscientious they were. They truly treated our home as if it was their own, or their mom or grandma's home. I'm sure their speed in getting to our home saved us even more damage from the water in our basement. We sure hope never to need their services again! But we'd recommend 911 Restoration of the Triad to anyone in a position like we were. Thank you thank you thank you!
