He was able to give us a lot of information with just a phone call and some plans sent via email. We also took advantage of the free 3D rendering that he provides. We felt comfortable with RTC doing the work especially given that we did NOT have to go to our beach house, we were able to make all of our plans from the comfort of our primary home in Johnston County. It helps that my husband is also a contractor and easily understood what Oscar would discuss with him. We highly recommend RTC and will likely use them again in the future!
