  I’d just like to say how very much I truly appreciate you all for going above and beyond to make me as absolutely thrilled as possible. You all took the time and patience to guide me through the entire journey to make my vision a reality. Everything was just perfect and I’m tickled as punch.   I don't like sending negative comments, but frustration has become a driver. Called Owens in Wilmington on Oct 7, estimator came the next day. After waiting for an estimate or some form of response, called the estimator (sales in Wilmington #) I was told the estimate would be going out today or tomorrow (+/- Oct 21). Today is Dec 7, no estimate or response after leaving messages several times. I let messages at the Accounts Payable/Receiveable number, thinking I would get a response when I asked to speak with Andy. Does he exist? Does anyone consider phone calls about potential business? By the way, I initailly contacted Owens based on a referal from a very satisfied customer. Andy or whoever is interested in speaking with a dissatisfied potential customer, please call me. Both AR and Wilmington Sales have my number. Also, if not interested, please return the board I gave to your estimator to be used to match the existing flooring throughout our house.

  We used Owen's Flooring in our commercial building with great success. After being really happy with the quality of the Flooring and the installation we then used Owen's Flooring to redo the flooring in our mother in laws house and we really love it. Great Job and quick completion of the job.

  We hired Owens Flooring after damage to our home from Hurricane Florence. Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting new flooring. He replied promptly to our questions. We are very pleased with the new carpet/hardwood/LVT as well as the workmanship.

  I collected three bids from different flooring places to put hardwood in my master bedroom. Owens was, by far, the lowest. Wanting to ensure that the estimate was not a mistake, I contacted the owner, Andy, and made sure that his low estimate really covered everything, and he assured me that it did. When it came time to do the work, his folks showed up when he said they would, they finished the work quickly, and cleaned up the job site. I am thrilled with the job done and have nothing negative to say. I will definitely use again --- there's another bedroom I need to have done, and Owens is at the top of my list.
