    Very happy and satisfied with the new American Standard heat pump that Fulford heating and cooling installed today. Punctual and very professional. Was very thorough with the installation and didn't cut corners. Would highly recommend!

    Josh came out to do a semi-annual checkup on my heating system. He found one problem while he was here and took care of it immediately! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was checking ! Much appreciated and will definitely call Fulford if I have a problem! Especially if Josh can come back and handle the situation!! LOL PS I would like to add that I originally talked with Ali, in the office, and she also was very helpful.

    Chris M. arrived on time. He is very professional and explained areas that he was focused on in this trip. Chris completed his review of the heating system and followed up with us personally and a written outline of the health of the system. A good technician and a good company.

    Always professional and our tech was thorough and honest in discussing replacement of our system at one of our rentals- we know it’s days are numbered but he provided professional service and didn’t for a sale down our throats. Fulford has always been exemplary and why we use them on all three of our properties in Holden Beach/Ocean Isal!!
