- DCDoug Calarie4 days ago5.0I had a problem with our AO Smith Heat Pump water heater. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they sent Eric to assist. We talked about the problem I was seeing and Eric was kind enough to discuss various options for how to go forward, including potential cost... both today and potential costs in the future. I chose to go with an electric only water heater. Get rid of the hybrid. Eric did a great job removing and replacing the water heater. He is very kind, professional, skillful, and knowledgeable. Because of Eric I would have no problem calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks Eric and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

- DPDwayne PfeifferJan 2, 20265.0Our 3 year old tankless water heater stopped working so we called our Benjamin Franklin plumber and they sent Matt Lawlor out first thing the following morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and contacted the manufacturer to process a warranty replacement claim. He patiently and thoroughly conducted all of the tests and checks requested by the manufacturer and eventually convinced them to approve the full unit replacement. He did an excellent job replacing and testing the unit. All of the Benjamin Franklin plumbing team members that we worked with throughout the entire process were very responsive, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them for any plumbing related needs.
- ELE LDec 31, 20254.0Chris was very professional and very polite. After his inspection of our problem, he presented us with multiple options for repair. Once we decided on the repair option we wanted, Chris completed the task very quickly. Hopefully I won't need any repairs in the near future but if I do I will can Ben Franklin Plumbing, and hopefully they will send Chris. My only issue with the company is that several years ago my daughter called them for repair service and now all correspondence is directed to her and not me the house owner. This happens even though I inputted my information when booking the service call. They use my email with her name. However, this doesn't effect their ability to show up quickly and complete the work professionally. Thank you for a job well done!

We’ve had Matt Lawlor as our technician multiple times as well and he has done a great job! Everyone is committed to helping you, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Matt has done an amazing job getting our plumbing back in order and has given us a lot of really good advice. We will continue to use them.
