I didn't want to have to build one from scratch or put one together from one of the big box stores. The 8x12 sized one I saw a Lowes did not have 16in on center studs, a double top plate, a gable vent, or 2x4 bracing around the entire door. I had a shed built-to-order. It was an easy process to do. Took about 4 weeks to be delivered after order. No problems with delivery. Using a Mule shed mover, the driver was able to easily navigate across the drainage ditch in front of the house, then place the shed exactly where I wanted it.
