  We absolutely LOVE our new lights! Trimlight was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We decided on trim lights as well as uplights for the front of our house. They walked us through all the information we needed, and when we accidentally set the uplight timer incorrectly, they were incredibly understanding and easy to reach—sending someone out right away to help. The lights add such a beautiful ambiance to our house that we didn’t realize we were missing. Highly recommend!

  Charlotte Trimlight installed our lights in July of 2024 at our home and beach house in Atlantic Beach, NC. Our lights were installed in a very timely manner, we found the staff and owners to be very professional. We love our lights, have received many compliments, and we would absolutely do it again. Tech Support has been phenomenal in helping us navigate the Trimlight App when we needed assistance. We highly recommend Charlotte Trimlight!

  We love Charlotte Trim Lights! From the initial quote to installation, the process couldn’t have been easier. Customer service is one of the best! We appreciated the quick response to our questions, and it was easy to tell that they care about their customers. The gentlemen who installed the lights was on time, polite, and very through. We love sitting on our porch, and enjoying the beautifully installed lights.

  Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!! I am one of those that loves to do research and I must’ve looked at a dozen companies, but landed on Charlotte Trimlight. From the beginning they were responsive and helpful AND didn’t try to oversell me (I considered the more expensive setup). Timing from order to installation was spot on and the installation itself (shoutout to Rigo and Mike, amazing job) was done in half a day. Highly recommend Charlotte Trimlight!!!

  The lights themselves look great, but the service experience was terrible. The team had to reschedule twice, the second time letting us know they weren't going to make it after they were already supposed to be here. The crew did not clean up after themselves, including wood shavings from drilling in our attic, and more importantly, leaving sharp shards of shaved metal scattered across our yard in the grass (thankfully our kids didn't run around barefoot before we noticed the metal).
