    Paid for maintenance service subscription. Decided to pay for it yearly I think it was around $370(one unit) or something close to that. First maintenance service they came out and inspected both inside and outside unit, replaced both air filters and chatted with us briefly to explain everything. Jacob from Rich's Heating and Air did a great job. Thank you I look forward to continuing working with them.

    Jacob was very professional he was on time and worked efficiently and finished on time as projected within the appointment slot time. Jacob was also very knowledgeable about the test that he performed. I would use him again and recommend the company.
