- SBStephanie BurnhamJun 13, 20241.0I would not recommend this company at all; I called for an estimate on some home repairs, the owner said he would be out later in the day to take a look, but wouldn't give a time. I took the day off so that I would be here, and unfortunately he never showed up. When I called at the end of the day to reschedule, no one would answer the phone or return my call even though I left a message. I waited a day or two and tried again. The owner didn't seem to recollect who I was, stating he would be coming out for an estimate, etc. He said he would 'give me a call back'. I never received that call. Even though I shouldn't have, I did try again a few days later as I know things happen. The owner was very unprofessional, said he would 'call back' - again - and then proceeded to hang up. I would never recommend Carswell to anyone. Phone calls aren't answered, nor are they returned, and they do not seem to follow through.

In addition to flooring and painting, they replaced damaged drywall, and rebuilt a staircase for us. They were proficient at everything we needed done.
