- RMRebecca MDec 30, 20255.0I've been using Mitchell Heating & Cooling for years now. Angelo has been my technician on every visit. He is friendly and knows what he is doing. My system is a little over 15 years old now and is still running efficiently. I like that I get the same technician each time, who is familiar with my HVAC equipment. They offer service plans that include two maintenance visits per year, and you will be at the top of the list if you have an issue and need service. It is cheaper than paying for visits separately, and it's nice when they come for the second visit, and you don't need to pay, as you've already paid earlier in the year.

I don’t know how many times the other company tried to talk me into a new unit. Telling me it’s on its last leg. Mitchell Came out to repair it this time. Brandon J. thoroughly looked at it, made his diagnostics, said a part needed to be replaced. Which is expected from a 15-year-old unit. Spent extra time checking other components. Especially the gas burner. They can rust out like my old unit did. Thats when I had that unit replaced. It was 21 years old. Brandon said the burners were in great condition. Never once tried to talk me into a new unit. This one still has some life in her. The repair cost was very reasonable. So was the service fee. Less than most I called. Units don’t last forever. I like to get at least 18 years out of a unit before I have to replace it. So when the time comes, I know who’s getting my business and replacing this old unit. I recommend them fully! Vince S. We will be using them for all our heating and cooling hvac needs from now on. He arrived on time and handled the problem very professionally and quickly. He also gave us a tips for our thermostat. I called them to make the appointment on a Saturday night and he was able to come Sunday morning. We are so grateful to have working heat again!
