Update: Evan came and cleaned our vents and Chris checked to make sure that the thermostat was working at 100%. So appreciative of these guys and for Summer in CS for scheduling. 5 star +++
- CMCiara MeltonNov 2, 20255.0Called on Sunday morning when my heat never kicked in with the cold front that had come through, and Chris was out there by 1 inspecting the unit. He showed me everything that was wrong and what my options were for replacing parts, but he communicated some realistic expectations to have as well. We decided to replace the whole unit as I had already had AC issues this past summer and the original unit was well over 20 years old. He got to work on their side with giving me a quote while I worked with a bank for financing options. Stephanie and Summer in the office were very kind, personable and communicated clearly with me throughout the whole process. I had a new unit installed and heat running by Thursday. The only reason it even took that long was because it rained Mon-Wed and they aren't able to install a unit in that kind of weather. I am grateful to the whole team and excited to have a more efficient unit for this cold winter ahead :) Definitely recommend them!!
