Levi worked hard to resolve the problem, which was low water pressure, by cleaning out the blocked filter, and replaced it with a new one. Immediately, the water pressure improved throughout the house!!!! After some discussion with Levi about my options, I feel very comfortable with my decision to go ahead and have him do a "Rebuild and Renew" as my system is very old. I am very pleased with the results so far! I think this young man should get a raise!!! Sincerely, One Happy Customer!!

The system needed to be checked and one filter replaced. Marlo Blackburn arrived on time, introduced himself, gave me orientation talked, answered all my questions, changed the filter. After that he tested water in the house and found out that kitchen sink water was not filtrated, it failed the test. He took time to find what was the problem by crawling under the house and investigating plumbing. Installed the connection pipe and did not change me for it since it should have been checked years ago when the system was installed. He is a real problem solver, plus very friendly, hardworking technician. I am very grateful for all his work. He went beyond what his assignment was.
