  Very unprofessional. Spoke with Brooke Monday 6/30 about ordering a windshield for my car. She had attitude as soon as she could tell that I was relying on their service in order to leave town due to my car being unable to drive. After me calling back 3 times Monday morning due to “them not having time to call and check availability on ordering the windshield” she finally said at 11 they were able to get it in but couldn’t replace it until the beginning of the week 7/7. I told her I’m from out of town and have to drive back to Columbia by Thursday 7/10. She said that shouldn’t be a problem and took my deposit. Just got off the phone with her today 7/7 to tell me they can’t get me in until Thursday or Friday and that it will take 6 hours to do. I have had my windshield replaced many times before and never does it take this long to do and never have I dealt with a business that is so unprofessional. My suggestion for anyone in Morehead is to spend the extra $200 and go with Safelite. Never will I ever consider this business again.

  Great people! Not only replaced my driver side window but cleaned up every bit of shattered glass from the floor. 😁
