Being business owners ourselves, We had a great experience with this company when our 20 plus year old Hvac unit held out as long as it could. They gave us advice the last few years to help us keep it going and when it came time to replace it, they were quick to replace our unit and had kind professional employees who were there to do the job!! Thanks again for getting us going again and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Chilton was at my house two hours after I called them and had the repair complete two hours later. Brad Chilton and his team are are easy to work with and care about there customers.

I called Brad in the morning as it was about 53 degrees in the house. He had my furnace up and running by 3 PM. While the problem was minor (vent door wasn't closing fully to register the unit as closed), Brad really got me out of a tight spot for only $80; he worked up a solution so the problem wouldn't happen again. Chilton is always slammed (at least according to my realtor b/c they are so good), yet Brad still managed to get me up and running that day. It was awesome. I highly recommend Chilton and they will be getting my business in the future if there is a problem.
