I have purchased a Groupon for a carpet cleaning and expected a professional cleaning service that has professional equipment however it was a portable shampooer and ZEP cleaning solution more of DIY service than a professional cleaning service, it left my carpet feeling hard and crunchy to the touch I was worried that all that solution might be destroying my new carpets so I called TRUE CLEAN to get the job done right, they are my go to now, carpets were so soft and clean after they were done. This was a lesson… , next time if it’s not what I’m expecting I just won’t go through with it and simply ask for a refund instead.
