They were not able to resolve the issue but I do believe they tried to diagnose and fix the problem. A decision will be made in the future pretending to a new unit. Again I'm grateful they were willing to come out and work in the rain. Polite respectful seemed very knowledgeable. Certainly more knowledgeable than I. They will send me an estimate on a new unit and we will go from there. I don't know if it was a great price or not I don't do this all the time I'm guessing they were probably average. For two guys and liability insurance. I am grateful they were out the day I called.

It could have been repaired but with the old type Freon and the parts and labor it would have been crazy to have it fixed and not replaced. So they replaced it. Explained the system and its efficiency. They also sent in for my rebate from Duke energy. I highly recommend Johnny on the Spot! The two Ladies in the office I spoke with were Tracy and Daisy, they were very nice and helpful! !! I totally recommend them! Tell them Dianne sent you!
