I did have an additional charge for an item not listed on the quote (could have been needed). The only complaint is the process for paying the invoice. A 4% charge for using a debit card is too high! This procedure needs to be adjusted.

I had to call the heater manufacturer several times to get someone from Johnny On The Spot to call me. They never came out to diagnose the problem, just made an appointment to come in two weeks. My appointment was on a Wednesday, and I get a call on Tuesday saying the tech is 35 minutes away. I called my parents who live nearby to go meet them, and when they arrived the techs were leaving. She stopped them and they told her "They must have the wrong house, they couldn't find the pool" she said, nope, this is the house, the pool is right there. Then once they found the pool, they couldn't find the pump and pipes (which was about 20' away) They did fix the issue but based on the general incompetence of the techs and the HORRIBLE customer service from their office, I WOULD NOT recommend, luckily it was a warranty issue, and we didn't have to pay.
