  I first used Western Carolina Surveyors a few years back prior to purchasing my current home. We were so impressed with the service and our overall experience that they were definitely who we wanted to use with a more complicated surveying request. Mr. Gaines and his staff were patient and educational in walking me through the steps necessary to accomplish what was needed. Anyone that I communicated with along the way went to great lengths to ensure I understood the process and the status. Something that I felt was complicated and unique was actually not a big deal at all to this group of professionals. Once a plan was devised, Mr. Gaines promptly scheduled a day/time to complete the work (which was sooner than I anticipated) and once the groundwork was completed, the drawings/maps were completed and available ahead of schedule. He was even willing to return to work after closing for the day to allow me to get the maps since I was running late!! Overdelivering at the highest quality is a true definition of “value” and sacrificing personal time to return to the shop was not expected, but it was level of customer service that I wish was common across all industries. We are very appreciative of the time and effort provided by this group of kind professionals.

  I want to brag about these folks for a minute here. Quick to answer questions or return a voicemail message to me left after business hours. Very professional so will use again in the future. I am buying a commercial property and from the time of the contract was sent to them only 24hrs till they came out and to my surprise just 24hrs to get the complete report. Very thankful for them getting it completed so quickly so we can not delay our closing beyond the extended time we currently have down. The survey was more of a last minute needed piece to our transaction. So thank you to you all that was involved. Spoke to Kris and Curtis every time. Iris B
