Scheduling was easy and they kept me informed as the work proceeded. Jesse, in particular, was great. He called me with certain questions while working to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I certainly plan to use Ace Handyman again in the future!

Unfortunately the technician sat in our driveway for about 40 minutes after the job was completed and we were charged for that time, because they use a GOS tracker to calculate time. I was told he did “paperwork.” We received four photos and a two line invoice. And then I was told it was a difficult day to work due to rainy weather (but they took the job because it was under a covered area). would have been happy to pay for 10 minutes of paperwork but not 40. We won’t use them again.

I gave them the cost of each door as they were sold by a Big Box store and an estimate (1 hour each). I asked them to pick up the doors and bring them with them. So after all said and done, it took three weeks to even get a call back (never got an actual proposal) and they wanted 8 hours for pick up, delivery and to install two doors (again 1 hour apiece per the Big Box Store). Poor service, poor response time. I would look elsewhere for my future handy man services
