Of course, there is Megan, so professional, understanding, considerate and kind. There is Dana, so professional, warm personality and wise. She will explain everything until the understanding is clear on what to expect from Blackburn Carter as well as what is expected of the customer. Eddie is a joy and extremely kind and hardworking, he says, “Hello Sunshine,” that really makes my day. And there Mr. Steve, he is so knowledgeable and full of wisdom, so compassionate and kind. Mr. Steve will take out time and explain whatever a customer needs to understand and to the hard of understanding mate. Kevin and Juan are good people as well. What a great team of caring and professional people. Highly recommended.

The one place that called back gave me a price and wanted to schedule. I called Blackburn Carter because we've used them for HVAC forever. Eddie came over the same day. He said the ducts were fine but the dryer ductwork created several traps and should be rerouted. They did the work quickly and at a good price. Now my cloths get dry the first time. Sorry Duke Power. Thanks, Eddie!
