  Servco restored my downstairs after a flood. I can’t recommend them enough. David, my project manager, kept me informed and answered all my many questions throughout the process. The entire team was friendly and helpful. I am so appreciative of them and my house looks better than I could have imagined.

  I came to know Servco through an insurance recommendation after my washing machine decided to flood my home (10/10 worst appliance betrayal). From the very first call, their team was responsive, professional, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation- especially Marvin! Marvin was on my team from water mitigation to final renovations (and mental breakdowns in between, lol), and he went above-and-beyond with the extra attention to the smallest details. Servco arrived quickly, explained the entire process clearly, and coordinated smoothly with my insurance company, which made everything so much easier. The entire crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my home, and the quality of their work was outstanding. You could tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way, not just the fast way. What started as a nightmare turned into a well-managed, well-communicated restoration with excellent results. If you’re dealing with water damage—or any kind of restoration emergency—I can’t recommend Servco Restoration Solutions enough. They truly earned my trust and my five stars.

  I had a leak under my cabinet, which was not found until it spread in front of my sink into my kitchen. By that time, it was a total mess. I contacted my insurance and they asked did I have anybody in mind to come and look at the damage and I did not so they sent someone from Servco out. Kate was the first to enter my home. She was very helpful with the Mitigation process. This process is getting the flooded areas cleaned up and dried in which my case they had to remove part of my cabinet. She answered all my messages and kept me in the loop at all times what to expect. After the mitigation process comes the reconstruction. Marvin was in charge of the reconstruction of the flooring and cabinet. He verbalized the process well and got it started so that it would be done before the holiday. He also helped me manage my out of pocket expenses well due to the insurance not paying for all of it. Santos and his guys did the work on the floors in which they were very courteous and thoughtful as I work from home and had no issues at all. They were able to move all the furniture carefully as they went so we didn’t have to take it out of the home. This company is definitely deserves a 5 Star rating!!!

  I cannot say enough great things about Servco! From start to finish Marvin has been fantastic. Great communication and guidance. Will, Jay, Luis and Miguel did an amazing job. They were all very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We are very pleased with our kitchen repairs.

  We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Servco. After water damage due to a busted water line, Marvin came in and put our home back better than before. He was in constant communication the entire time and addressed each need, change or concern we had as repairs were made. We were so impressed we even asked they build some built in shelving in our living room once repairs were completed. The time and attention to detail they showed was impeccable. You cannot go wrong with Marvin and his team. The before and after pics say it all. We will be using them for any future renovations or contract needs.
