  Bery, Michael and Wesley came out and treated mold in my crawlspace and installed a vapor barrier. These guy were wonderful. Im the type of person who wants to know the details and asks a load of questions and these guys were more than happy to sit down and explain and show me the nitty gritty. United water also worked with me on the price and was more than fair with there charges for the service. I had 4 other companies come and quote for this service and united water was far more competitive. I honestly couldn't speak higher of their customer service and attitude. Bottom line if you want it done in an acceptable way with price thats more than reasonable then check out united water restoration group.

  Amazing! Water main broke around 5PM on a Friday- YIKES! We called UWRG and the crew -Wesley, Pierce, Mickey, Bery and Nate were here within an hour. They called 9 plumbers before they got someone to come out. Above and beyond our expectations. They walked us through what we needed to do and got the wet stuff out and the excess water cleaned up and dehumidifiers in place immediately. They explained their process and came back and checked on everything just like they said they would and communicated the next steps and what we could expect to see during the process. Very professional calming helpful and friendly. They consulted with insurance and contractor to make what could have been a terrible situation bearable. I couldn’t recommend a company more!

  I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who has concerns about or needs treatment and repair of water/moisture damage and mold. They are experts in this field! Pierce was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and addressed all of our questions. He identify the cause of some water damage we have in the barn loft, ruled out any mold problems and gave us a great plan of action. Will definitely call them first of we have any related concerns in the future!

  I literally cannot say enough good things about this company and Nate. We had a water heater basically explode in our office on a Sunday. I have the security camera footage of me unlocking the door a few seconds before 8:04 AM. Within 15 minutes, Nate and his team were on site assessing the situation. Less than 10 minutes after that, they were bringing in their equipment and had already started moving our sample tables and other personal property out of the flooded area. His excellence did not in any way stop there. Nate personally followed up each day, almost always in person. One day when his team was helping someone else, he showed up by himself to assist me in moving additional (heavy!) samples out of the high humidity area. This is a man and company whose attention to detail and desire to help their clients is second to none. People say, "You get what you pay for," but with United Water Restoration, you get far more than that. You get compassion and peace of mind.
