- JFJohn FaucetteOct 31, 20232.0I had an appointment this morning for WW to replace 2 defective panes.They get here and tell me they can't replace them because I have shutters. I had the shutters when the windows were put in. They told me that I would have to get someone to take the shutters (and part of the frame) down before they can relace the defective panes. This is NOT acceptable!The windows were installed from the outside originally. WW should do whatever is necessary to replace them. It should not be up to me to have to find someone to take down the shutter and then correctly put them back up!
