- JTJordan Tucker5 days ago1.0Contacted Kenetico after our well flooded causing our home to have dirty, unusable water. Our family just welcomed home a new baby, Making this issue more serious. These systems are not cheap by any standard, but as a new father ensuring the Well-being and safety for my family was the priority. We even went as far as to add the extra reverse osmosis drinking water option. No issues after installation at first and thought everything was good. This is to be expected from higher end products and services costing nearly $15,000 while competitors Cost half the price(maybe not equal products).Then one day a few months after install our toilet would not fill with water. A general plumber came out to look at the toilet issue to discover our reverse osmosis line was connected to the toilet and not the drinking water line. Apparently, our neighbor who referred us to Kinnetico had the exact same problem.This is even more concerning considering the health risks our family unknowingly faced. Proper baby care requires using distilled or reverse osmosis water. Additionally, sinus cavity rinses require the same. There are cases of people dying from a deadly amoeba that after using a Nettie pot with regular water. To my knowledge, thank God known in my family, has experienced any serious health problems yet. However, placing my family at risk unknowingly to have serious health problems as a result of trusting a company who promises the very best is not acceptable.

Parker arrived the next business day. Checking that the system was not leaking, he explained as he tested a water sample. It ranked an 8 in hardness. Allowing a month for the reloaded system to work, he tested again. The ranking of 4 was an improvement, but not ideal, as a 1 is preferred. We appreciate that a true assessment of the present system was allowed before determining that it needed to be replaced. Now he is assisting us in choosing the replacement. We appreciate his friendly, professional manner and his genuine desire to help.

He installed our Kinetico whole-home system and K5 drinking water system with exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and care for our home. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered every question patiently, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before he left. The workmanship was clean, thoughtful, and clearly done by someone who takes pride in their craft. He also left the workspace spotless, which we really appreciated. Beyond the technical skill, Tylor’s attitude stood out. He was calm, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we were comfortable and confident with the system and its maintenance. If you’re considering a Kinetico system, I can’t recommend Tylor highly enough. Installers like him are the reason this investment feels completely worth it. Highly recommend.
