  Beware! I just wanted to reach out to everybody and tell you about my experience and how disappointed I am with this company. I just had a house built and used a local builder who contracted the insulation and gutters to these so-called professionals. The quality of the work was horrible and say the least unprofessional. During the insulation stage they sprayed foam all over my prefinish windows and doors . Anyone who has used spray foam before knows how difficult it is to get off something you don't want it on. So of course we had to repaint all of the interior windows and doors. The rain gutters are pulling away from the house and we have water running behind the gutter into the soffit. We tried calling some fellow named Randy who works for this company, we left messages and I never heard back from the guy. After looking at other reviews posted about this company they definitely have a history of crappy work and not completing jobs. See attached photos. Update : The builder has already attempted to contact Tri-City multiple times regarding these repairs over the last year, but received no response. This is why I am reaching out directly. The issue with the gutters is causing potential damage, and I would appreciate a direct follow-up to resolve this since the builder has been unable to get you to the site."

  Would not use this company again. Water runs behind the gutters when it rains. One man installed the gutters. I made a complaint, 2 men came out for 5 minutes and quickly left. Bill came out twice and the problem still exists. Bill said he was going to bring another supervisor, but I haven't seen them yet. Very disappointed and would not recommend them at all.

  I got two quotes for gutter this company and another. The other company quoted me 3x as much for the same type of gutters (seamless). I think the only difference was the hangers they used and that wasn't worth the 3x quote These guys gave me a great quote for my whole house. They got me in within a month. When they came to install it only took a couple house and they were very nice and courteous. There happened to be a major rain later that day and the gutters worker beautifully
