  We finally got to where I'm generally satisfied with the job, however there were a lot of missteps along the way. The spray foam installers are great. They maintained a positive attitude while working in extremely difficult conditions. The office staff was very helpful and pleasant. The management team is committed to improving and really worked with me to resolve my concerns.

  If 0 stars were an option they’d get that. Ordered a fireplace back in October 2021, comes in February 2022. THEY STILL ARE NOT DONE INSTALLING. Have been told newly promoted “Tim” doesn’t want to be bothered with his unfinished job. Unprofessional, to say the least. Should’ve been fired not promoted. Goes to show the direction of this company and what it values. Definitely not it’s clients.

  Choose a different company for gutters. Tri city came out and installed gutters on our house August 18th (after rescheduling us twice). Things happen, especially during a pandemic, so we were understanding and patient. Part of the job was to put leaf guards on. There is still a portion of our house without the leaf guards because they didn't complete the job...and guess what's happening now that it's fall? The installers also left cut metal pieces from the gutter guards all over the place outside of the house, so I had the pleasure of cleaning up after the guys who charged me $4,100 for this job. We have called and set up a time for the installers to come back out and finish the job at least 4 times now and they never show up. Every time I call back, they have to look and "see the next time they will be in our area" which usually means we get scheduled a week out. A week later, nobody shows up again. This company won't take you seriously, so don't even bother. We should have went with roofwerks.

  Would not use this company again. Water runs behind the gutters when it rains. One man installed the gutters. I made a complaint, 2 men came out for 5 minutes and quickly left. Bill came out twice and the problem still exists. Bill said he was going to bring another supervisor, but I haven't seen them yet. Very disappointed and would not recommend them at all.

  I recently had TriCity install gutters on my home sides and rear. The representative Jeff was professional and responsive. The crew that did the install was timely, professional, skilled and quick. I would recommend this company if your need gutters. They also do shelving!
