This is by far the most unprofessional business I have dealt with. I’ve been called the business phone for weeks with no answer. I had to go by there today to get answers and there was three guys in the back that jumped up when I walked in as if they was sleep. One male came towards the front and the other two jump up and acted as if they was working. I told the guy I’ve been calling and no one is answering the phone. The guy responded. The owner has the phone that’s why no one is answering.. I then asked the guy is there no one working inside to answer the phones to provide customer service to the customers. He stated no I proceed to tell him that I’ve been calling because my stairs that was installed in my home are falling apart and I’ve been calling to get them repaired because they’re under warranty. The guy proceeds to look up my information. He printed out my information and he proceeds to text the owner which at that time is when she called to speak with him. She was yelling on the phone to this employee, questioning him about what I want, and when he told her why I was there and that I’ve been calling numerous of times she proceeds to tell him that she will contact me sometime at the end of next week to get someone to look at my steps. I told the guy that I would like to speak with her and she told him that she is with her family and she’ll have to contact me next week. This is by far the most unprofessional business I’ve dealt with in a very long time and every time that I go, they are newest employees there and no one seems to know what’s going on but the owner. I need my steps that are under warranty fixed along with the correct steps that I ordered. i’ve had to have these steps repaired twice from the installers because calling the business phone could not get any resolution I shouldn’t have to call the installers to get my floors fixed.
