- RWR W3 days ago5.0Had our main water line break but I have an insurance policy through Homeserve for this type of repair But after three selected subcontractors failed to provide emergency service, contacted Blantons and they arrive same day. They dug in, found the waterline break, and repaired it. Courteous and professional, at a price point appropriate for the work. You get what you pay for and when minutes count, you don’t wanna wait days to get your water main repaired. Blanton’s is the only company I call for my heating, plumbing, and air-conditioning needs. Mr Orlando arrived promptly with a very enthusiastic personality. He was very kind and friendly. He welcomed any questions I may have had. He explained everything and ensured that I understood it all. Mr Orlando was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole service. They said they could come out And fix the shower and I even emailed them photographs of what needed to be done. I waited approximately four days to get this fixed with no access to using the shower. They just notified me because I am a renter they cannot do any repairs on my unit. I expressed my frustration that I was not informed of this when I made the appointment and sent them the photographs of what needed to be done. I asked them to check with their management to see if they could make an exception because the owner is well aware of what needed to be done and was willing to be contacted and to pay the bill they stated is their policy and there are no exceptions

Instead of completing the work in his field he also coordinated and ensured a seamless transition with the heating team, sticking around until all issues were completed. He treated us like family and we appreciated it! Definitely recommend!
