  We recently had the pleasure of working with Armando for some electrical work in our home, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service he provided. From start to finish, Armando was nothing short of professional. He arrived on time, communicated clearly, and handled every aspect of the job with great skill and attention to detail. What really stood out to us was his honesty—he didn’t try to upsell or suggest unnecessary services, which is so rare these days. Instead, he focused on what was actually needed and made sure the job was done right. His work was not only timely but also precise, and everything was completed with the utmost care.

  We’ve had amazing experiences with Blanton’s and our service technician, Gil Pena, deserves special recognition. Gil always goes above and beyond, he was actually our first technician several years ago! During our first service call with Blanton’s we were experiencing a major issue from a different company, Gil spent the entire day making sure everything was fixed the right way. His honesty, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched. We also signed up for their WOW Program, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home’s comfort. We plan to continue using Blanton’s for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs and we will always request Gil. Highly recommend!

  Recently I had a gas hot water heater replaced. The tech did an outstanding job. However I paid a lot of money for this job because I was told I had a "high efficiency" gas hot water heater. I was fine with that and if that was the price, so be it. However I called to obtain a detailed billing statement such as price of the heater, parts a and labor and I was sent a screen shot of the $109 for the dispatch call and then the remaining parts, labor and hot water heater was lumped into the the thousands of dollars remaining. It was never broken down as to what was what. To me this leaves distrust and I'm not sure I would use them again. So basically I paid $5,300 and the invoice was listed as $109.00 for serivce call. $5,191.00 for water heater, labor etc...... So lets say you pay your tech $500 on that call (and I believe that is generous) that leaves $4,691. I will go a step further and say the parts cost another $1,000. That still leave a whopping $3,691. Yes I needed a hot water heater and yes I agreed to the price so that's on me but in my humble opinion they got me good in the end. So beware using Blanton's.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Inspector Donavan Baldie We recently had an electrical outlet in our home start smoking and nearly cause a fire. We called Blanton’s Air, Plumbing & Electric, and Inspector Donavan Baldie showed up within just two hours on a last-minute call. From the moment he arrived, he made sure our home was safe and our family felt at ease. Over the course of three days, Donavan thoroughly inspected our entire house and repaired every outlet with incredible attention to detail. He was punctual, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the job right—never cutting corners even though he was paid by the job. His expertise and kindness truly stood out. Our one-year-old even adored him and had a great time playing with his headlamp while he worked! It’s rare to meet someone so knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy. We would 10/10 recommend Donavan for any electrical, plumbing, or inspection services. He turned a scary situation into a stress-free experience, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his help.

  I already knew the condensation fan on my AC unit was shot...not rocket science. They come out and of course tell me the same thing. But this is where it gets bad. The tech tells me Trane no longer makes that motor. On top of that, the new style motor they recommend will require a capacitor replacement, and because we are replacing the motor cap, the main capacitor needs replaced, plus mounting hardware. 2000.00 quote, annnnd it would not be in for about 11 days. However, they were more than willing to upsell me a whole new unit for 10K. And applied pressure to do so. I looked at his tablet and saw the details. He never sent me this quote. 3 days later, their PM calls me and asks about my decision. I tell her i never received the quote. She sends me a quote with NO details. Just says 2000.00 I therefore research this. I find a company that has that exact motor for a couple hundred bucks . And it arrived in 2 days. I replaced it myself. Took about 1/2 hour. It has been working well since. My opinion is this - the Blantons air rep was not there to fix my fan motor, but to upsell me on a whole new unit. I was essentially charged 119.00 for a quote I never received. They are looking only to take advantage of people. This company is deceptive and I intend to write to the Attorney General, BBB, and whoever else I can find to let them know how predatory this business really is.
