Problem was misdiagnosed even though I was told he had 30 years with company. Wiring was involved in estimate. Second opinion: no wiring necessary. Job completed by other company for less than half of Bass estimate. Would not recommend. I would like to state that after becoming aware of my situation, Bass reached out to me expressing concern for the misunderstanding about estimate. They are graciously refunding me the full amount I paid. They are a company who does care about their customers. Thank you Bass.

He tightened the faucet too much to where we only had slight warm water. We then scheduled an appointment online through Bass. They were able to fit us in the next day and not only fixed the issue but explained to us why it wasn’t fixed properly. He then fixed another major issue we had with the faucet not properly installed. Scott did an amazing job both with fixing the issue and assuring us that if we had any other plumbing issues that he would be happy to help in the future! Great customer experience and will be glad to spread the word on the great service we received.
