They set up blowers and/or dehumidifiers in all affected rooms and came every day for 8 days to check moisture readings, adjust equipment and/or tear out damaged sheetrock and flooring. Our technician, Keith, was polite, respectful and responsive, always taking time to explain their processes; and the manager of 911, Colby was equally professional and helpful. We highly recommend 911 Restoration.

The completed job was not to my satisfaction, so Colby Porter brought a different contractor in to redo the work and make sure everything was completely satisfactory. Mary Catherine was extremely instrumental in coordinating all the details to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. My condo looks wonderful, and is now ready to rent out again. The service was great and Cameron was easy to work with. He is very respectful, attentive, and professional. I’ve been able to text both him and Colby for scheduling and obtaining estimates for our insurance and they replied in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend. We plan to use them for our repairs vs our insurance’s recommendation because our experience with them has been amazing.
