    In less than 30 minutes Mr. John was at my home. I had a hot water heater leak and it was fixed quickly. I don't believe it was longer than an hour. The cost of the repair was reasonable.

    A plumbing issue led to multiple visits from this company, but the problem still wasn’t resolved. Ironically, it was eventually figured out by someone who isn’t even licensed. For a company that claims to “set the standard,” the lack of oversight, training, and accountability was hard to ignore. They also didn’t hesitate to bill for visits that led nowhere, which added insult to injury. In a place like Elizabeth City, where options are limited, it’s frustrating when even the top names can’t get it right. When there’s no competition, it seems the standards go with it.

    JOHN IS THE HARDEST WORKING PLUMBER! He was at our house for 3 days straight working non-stop for 6+ hours in the heat. Would have him back 10 times over.
