They have always been on time when i requested service very professional and understanding to what is needed and when it is needed. Mr. Morgan explains exactly what is needed to be done before that work is done so there are no surprises on the customer side. I have had the pleasure of meeting three of his employees and these are great guys to have working on any AC unit and even some electrical needs i have had come up at my properties. I had them repair my AC unit at home and the great thing about their employees after they finished repairing my unit i was next door trying to help a neighbor who had go his car stuck bad, so they came over and help me get him out, that was so wonderful for them to do as they did not have to do that. This is really a great company to have working on your AC units electrical and etc. I highly recommend this company be the first ones you call for services needed for Commerical or home needs. I personally would not call anyone else as i have used many companies that does not even come close to the service or price that Piedmont servers you.

We’ve had an a/c unit die at the peak of summer, which they kindly got limping along until the unit we needed was delivered, and just today they answered the phone before 8a and arrived before 10a to replace the downstairs furnace. Again, keeping it affordable even with the huge inflation of costs they are incurring. Everything is left neat and debris cleaned and they’re nice to my dogs. You couldn’t ask more of a company, or the individuals working for them.
