They quickly identified a damper was practically closed to the 2 bedrooms. They measured airflow at each vent within the main level and reset/distributed. They explained what was done and expectations based on changes. We will monitor comfort levels for next 4+ weeks. A+ service.

The people In the office and field are extremely nice and caring people. I have also purchased the maintenance plan in which they come out to check the unit to make sure it is running properly. They’ve always been so quick in response to my late minute scheduling requests. I’ve used a couple different a/c companies before, and Carolina has been the best in both quality and pricing. We kept having yearly issues with our AC, and Carolina was the company to finally find a solution. My technician who came today was super thorough and very nice. 10/10, do recommend!

Wayne listen to my concerns and was very informative on going over each check points on trying to solve our problem and advising what he found. Pictures were taken on readouts and conditions found on the outdoor and indoor unit. He provided an overall repair steps with pricing on each and performed the repair services that I requested. Very satisfied with his service and would welcome his service again
