    OUR DREAM COME TRUE. We started our search in Denver Stratford with Kaley. A burst of sunshine encouragement and persuasion! WE fell in love with the Shiloh. Community was the balance we were looking for relocating from NJ...a bit country and a bit city just a few miles away. It is our forever home. Macie took over the process and continued the amazing service and attention to our million questions throughout the process. She made herself available always to answer our questions. She has been kind and a true professional. When we met our builder Tyler, We were so impressed by his knowledge base and professionalism. This team has made our dreams come true!!! I will forever be grateful for an awesome experience. Referrals are being made everyday!!! We purchase in phase 2. Can't wait for the community to be complete. The only issue I have is with the fencing around properties that are not private. For the caliber of home this is, I believe the owners should be able to choose the look of their back yard. But...its early in the building if the community and I am praying this will change. Outside of that amazing place to live. Inclusive, children, and friendly neighbors!! I love it!!! Sunsets are perfect.

    It’s a beautiful community & great homes to live !!! The triple “T” team (Tina , Tim & Tylor) are great people to work with. They are always there to help. There are certain things need to be done which are necessary for the safety of residents. 1-The ditches at the front lawn should be covered bc it is huge safety issue . 2-There should be street lights specially at each corner of the street.
