I commend them and also Mike Charles who came for routine maintenance and noticed our old ductwork had fallen off wherever it was supposed to be. We were heating and cooling the attic. Lakeside sent folks right over (including Mark Bradshaw who double checked measurements)to figure this all out. Project complete pretty quickly. Thanks to Lakeside Heating and Air.

He is an excellent technician, courteous and quite nice. He checked and serviced my equipment, showed me a better way to insert the filter so it wouldn’t get caught in the track, added more sealing tape to the filter door so it would open easier (I am a Senior) and the material around the door wouldn’t come loose, and even stamped down a somewhat thick small tree branch that was encroaching on the outdoor unit. Now that’s going the extra mile! Hope to get Casey at my next semi-annual.
