They treat their clients like family with their service and products. This week, we had our home and business Winter Checkups done by Phillip! He was amazing! He even reminded us to get Carbon Monoxide detectors for the office, since he didn't see any.
- SDSharon DalfonsoOct 23, 20251.0Tech was very nice but "solution" he was told to do by the office manager was to take cap off on cleanout T at air handler located before the p-trap to stop the drum beat at the end of this condensate drain pipe on exterior side of the house and was NOT a proper solution. This opened a hole for attic air into the air handler and hence into the system making it less efficient for heating or cooling. All Temp had no solution they would guarantee. Paid for nothing.
