  Thxs to Tyler & his Team , my water went out & with the 1 call he was here within the hr . He figured out the problem , had all the equipment to fix my problems for a reasonable price. Told him to proceed with repairs work began & was up & running not long afterwards. Price was fair for the quality of service . Thxs A&T !

  The team at this company is incredible! I submitted a web form to get a quote for a well performance test, and one of their staff called me shortly afterward. He told me that I could actually get the numbers directly from the well plate if I sent him a picture of it. After I sent the photo, he called back and took the time to explain what all the numbers meant — completely free of charge! I also worked with them about three years ago on a low-yield well. The two technicians who came out were fantastic — they showed me how to troubleshoot the issue myself and advised me not to rely on their services unnecessarily, since it would cost more to have them on-site for such a time-consuming process. These folks genuinely put their customers first. Highly recommended!

  I’m a general contractor and had a problem turning on a well pump for a client after an electric panel changeout. I called A&T on a Friday night and they helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. They’re VERY knowledgeable!!!! This is my new go to business for pumps. Thank you A&T!!!

  Our well pump started acting up so I sent A&T a message through their website around 9:30 this morning, thinking we may be able to get someone scheduled to come out early next week. I got a call from Stewart not long after I sent the message. He was available and came over right away, diagnosed the issue, and had our pump replaced by 12:30. That's 3 hours from initial contact to a finished job... I'm amazed and impressed... thank you!!

  A&T was prompt in responding to my call and came out quickly. However, once they arrived, it seemed the two technicians didn’t want to look too closely at the problem. They very quickly said the entire pump needed to be replaced and quoted us several thousand dollars. When my husband suggested it might be the pressure switch, they said maybe, but it wasn't worth trying to replace since they thought the pump looked gone. Since we couldn’t afford to replace the whole pump, we got my dad to come help replace the pressure switch ($35). The pump has been running better than ever since. It’s still old, but I'm pretty sure we can get at least a few more years out of it. I’m sure not every technician at A&T is like this, but the two who came out to us didn’t seem very interested in looking closely at the problem.
