  I cannot say enough great things about these guys! From the consult to the touch ups, it has been nothing but professional, timely and affordable. After 21yrs of carpet in my living room & bedroom, I decided to replace it with traditional hardwoods. They also refinished the existing hardwoods! I highly recommend these guys!

  12th and Oak Floor Co did the most amazing job on both installation of new hardwood floors and refinishing existing hardwood floors. Izral provided us with a detailed estimate and a thorough explanation as to how our job would be done. We could not be more pleased with the outcome! Our floors look amazing!

  5 stars is not sufficient! Trust me, Izral is the absolute best! We recently renovated our home and had a horrible experience with another Raleigh company. The other company did our seal on our hardwood floors incorrectly 3 times! After moving out of our home several times we were desperate to find a company that could finally get our floors right. 12th and Oak was that company and we are so thankful!! Izral was patient and understanding of the many challenges we had been through. He took his time to help us identify the problem on our old floors, answered all of our (many) questions and explained his process to us so we felt overly confident moving forward. He even found water damage that the previous company had hidden from us because he does his job so thoroughly! His attention to detail, excellent customer service and knowledge of his products makes him a dream to work with! Even our kids are thankful we found 12th and Oak!

  12th & Oak came out to help us repair damage to our floors from a leak. They were professional and identified some areas of concern others didnt. We didnt feel like it was just a sales call but their goal was to do the job the right way. Their prices were reasonable, the job was quick and we were very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this company.

  12th & Oak did a fantastic job of re-finishing our ash floors. The owner is very knowledgeable about the available finishing options, and answers questions honestly and completely in helping make the decision about which finish option will work best for your particular situation. Once on site, the work is very professional and efficient. They have the latest and very best floor sanding machines with vacuum dust extraction that removes virtually all of the sanding dust. As any woodworker knows, preparation is the cornerstone of a great finish, and these guys know what good preparation is. Hand scraping in corners and along edges, where no mechanical sander can go, using finer grit paper to avoid excessive material removal, and no swirl marks to be seen before the finish is applied are hallmarks of great work. We couldn't be happier with the great end result. The floors didn't look this good when they were first finished. They may not be the cheapest out there, but the best work rarely is in my experience. I give 12th & Oak my highest recommendation.
