  I cannot say enough great things about these guys! From the consult to the touch ups, it has been nothing but professional, timely and affordable. After 21yrs of carpet in my living room & bedroom, I decided to replace it with traditional hardwoods. They also refinished the existing hardwoods! I highly recommend these guys!

  12th and Oak Floor Co did the most amazing job on both installation of new hardwood floors and refinishing existing hardwood floors. Izral provided us with a detailed estimate and a thorough explanation as to how our job would be done. We could not be more pleased with the outcome! Our floors look amazing!

  5 stars is not sufficient! Trust me, Izral is the absolute best! We recently renovated our home and had a horrible experience with another Raleigh company. The other company did our seal on our hardwood floors incorrectly 3 times! After moving out of our home several times we were desperate to find a company that could finally get our floors right. 12th and Oak was that company and we are so thankful!! Izral was patient and understanding of the many challenges we had been through. He took his time to help us identify the problem on our old floors, answered all of our (many) questions and explained his process to us so we felt overly confident moving forward. He even found water damage that the previous company had hidden from us because he does his job so thoroughly! His attention to detail, excellent customer service and knowledge of his products makes him a dream to work with! Even our kids are thankful we found 12th and Oak!

  I really want to give a big thank you to the owner Izral and his crew! Nothing but top notch service from beginning to end! We added wood flooring to our family room that had carpet. They seamlessly integrated new hard wood into our existing wood floor.and and gave us great colors to choose from to update from the 18 year old honey tone. Pictures are worth a thousand words!

  12th & Oak removed old carpet and particleboard from my upstairs and installed ~900 square feet of red oak. Izral was very professional and informative when he came for the initial consultation. I chose 12th and Oak mainly because of the work I saw him do on Instagram. I admired not only the finished floors that he posted, but also his approach which seemed to be to treat each project/house like it is his own. I also appreciated that he keeps up with new products and technologies. When it came time for the installation he and his crew started on schedule and completed the installation on schedule. Not only do the floors look amazing, but there is very little sign they were ever here - there was minimal dust and whatever was left behind was vacuumed up. I highly recommend 12th & Oak and look forward to hiring Izral again to refinish the downstairs.
