  I’ve been happy with the service I’ve received from Osbourne! recently moved into a new build where they installed all of the electrical aspects. I had them come install an extra outlet for where I wanted to mount my tv and then when that outlet stopped working for some reason, I had them out to fix some loose wiring. Both times the service was quick and the 2 men who have come both times have been very professional and respectful. I gave them 4 stars because we did have to call them about 4 times to get service scheduled the first time but ever since then we haven’t had any issues.

  Unprofessional and completely unresponsive I called this company three times and they never answered or called back. It’s ridiculous that a company responsible for installing the electrical panels in our homes can’t even return a simple phone call. Terrible customer service — I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

  I personally cannot say if this is a bad company but from my current ongoing experience it is not a good one. First - If you want to get in contact with someone you have to call at 430 pm, because that is when you can speak to the manager so he can schedule for someone to come out. When someone finally came out after I had continuously called for a few days. I kept being told I did not know what the issues was and I should call spectrum. I have a faulty coaxial outlet that has a shortage, not difficult to figure out when you have an outlet tester. This is located in my now office, which because of COVID -19, it is clearly needed. Second - after the Electrician, finally grasped that I did actually know what I was talking about and was not just trying to make him do more work. He leaves and says " I have to talk to someone to see what needs to happen next." That was over 3 weeks ago , this has been a 2 1/2 month and counting process.

  I scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians (Robby) but he was a no call-no show. I called him and left a voice mail on his cell phone, asking if he was going to be making it but he never called me back. When I called into the office, the lady that answered the phone indicated that the technicians set their own schedule so I'd just have to speak with him about it. Pretty poor customer service all around.
