I bought one and quickly discovered why it was likely returned by the original owner, suggesting it may not have been properly tested before resale. Although these products come with a one-year warranty, I've found it challenging to get Ryobi to honor it. Additionally, the closest service center is about 40 minutes from Charlotte, which adds to the inconvenience. For these reasons, I would advise against purchasing reconditioned products from here.
