I provided Ryan King of BRR to help him understand what was needed. Ryan reviewed it and visited the house before giving me an estimate at no cost. I found the estimate reasonable but mostly I accepted it because I liked Ryan and his colleague Martin as honest professionals and very personable. They gave me a schedule for the work and throughout Ryan kept me informed through multiple emails. He was always courteous and open to my suggestions. Together, Ryan, Martin and their really hard working employee got the job done on schedule. They did a thorough and great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Keep up the good work Ryan and Martin and I hope you pay your immigrant employee well. You are lucky to have him as an employee!
